How it works

1.Apply online

Apply for your loan online from your mobile phone or computer. You can do this from the comfort and privacy of your home or work.

The loan application form has been designed to be very simple and easy to complete.

2.Verify income and expenses

Once you've passed the initial eligibility criteria, sending your Bank Statements to our customer service team is the next step in the process.

To finalise your loan application we require your most recent 3 months bank statements.

You can scan and email them or simply fax to our office

3.Email follow-up

Once these have been received our Loan Assessments team will contact you via email if they require further information. Once all information has been received by us we will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours or sooner with a decision on your loan application.


Once your loan is approved you'll receive a copy of your loan contract and a simple budget via email.

You then need to contact our office via phone to receive a clear explanation of your loan obligations and to receive further information about our Financial Literacy program.

5.Send the documents back and the money is on its way!

If we receive your signed loan contract, completed budget (and other documentation to verify your application) before 12pm on a business day then the loan funds will usually be transferred to you the same day.

The loan will be directly deposited into your bank account and availability will be subject to your bank's operating procedures and processing times.
